API Keys

Get from notion.so/my-integrations — share each database with the integration.

Get from console.anthropic.com — requires API credits (separate from Claude Max).

After saving, restart the dev server for changes to take effect.

Quick Setup Guide

  1. Set login credentials above (username + password)
  2. Create a Notion integration at notion.so/my-integrations
  3. Share all 6 databases with the integration (Projects, Tasks, Leads, Revenue, Expenses, Clients)
  4. Paste the Notion key above and save
  5. Restart the dev server — npm run dev
  6. Claude API (optional) — enables AI-powered Today's Focus, lead outreach drafting, and marketing content generation
